Manager of NMA Webinars 

Overview: The Manager of NMA Webinars is a leadership role in the Lockheed Martin Leadership Association, responsible for facilitating monthly webinars on various topics hosted by NMA. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Facilitate monthly webinars on various topics, hosted by NMA, to provide LMLA members with access to expert knowledge and insights 
• Promote webinars to LMLA members and encourage participation 

Requirements 

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills 
• Ability to promote and encourage participation in webinars 
• Familiarity with webinar technology and platforms 

Time Commitment 

• Average 2 hours per week, with increased hours during webinar planning and execution 
• Attend regular meetings with the Senior Manager of Essential Skills to discuss event planning and progress  
• Participate in webinar setup, execution, and evaluation as needed  

Reporting Structure  

The Manager of NMA Webinars will report to the Senior Manager Essential Skills and will work closely with other LMLA leaders to develop and execute program initiatives. 

Support and Resource 

The Manager of NMA Webinars will have access to support and resources from the Senior Manager of Essential Skills, including guidance on event planning and execution, as well as access to budget and resources to support program initiatives.
